Market intelligence provider Ipreo partnered with BM&FBOVESPA Thursday to improve its relations with its investors throughout Brazil.
The partnership will serve to provide investor relations reporting through BM&FBOVESPA Investor Relations Intelligence Central (IRIC).

Each of the IR Overview reports have investor as well as market intelligence that is specialized to each client company. These include buyers and sellers, shareholder breakdowns and ownership analysis for peers and companies.
Corporate services at Ipreo include investor targeting, cross-asset class surveillance, buy-side perception studies, corporate governance solutions and transaction analysis. This platform contains the top database for worldwide institutional contacts, ownership data, profiles, reporting, tracking, intuitive search and CRM functionality.
"Providing IROs with insight into the markets and the investment community, in ways that fit their day-to-day workflow, is a core premise of Ipreo's offering," Chris Taylor, EVP and Managing Director of Global Investor Relations at Ipreo, said. "We're pleased to make this kind of relevant reporting available to Brazilian IR professionals on-the-go through BM&FBOVESPA's mobile app."
