The executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International has entered into a strategic partnership with CPGROUP LATAM to expand their presence in Latin America.
“Latin America is a vibrant business community and a tremendously important part of the global economy,” said Caroline Lomot, Caldwell’s director of marketing. “It is an important and logical step for us in our growth and development, and will enable us to better serve our clients on a global scale.”
Caldwell provides services like recruitment and assessment for firms in industries ranging from venture capital and financial services to retail and education in the United States, Canada, Europe and now Latin America.
The partnership with CPGROUP will give Caldwell a presence in seven new offices throughout Latin America including Bogota, Colombia; Caracas, Venezuela and Lima, Peru. Additionally, 16 new partners join Caldwell, bringing the company's total to 53 in 20 locations around the world.
“This expansion of our international capabilities is an enormous advance for our company and, by extension, our clients and shareholders,” said Lomot. “The intent is for all of the teams – in Latin America and elsewhere – to continue to grow.”
In exchange, Caldwell offers CPGROUP the ability to leverage their local and regional knowledge in a global market.
“We share with Caldwell Partners common values and the passion for quality and superb client service commitment,” said Nestor D'Angelo, one of the founding partners of CPGROUP, in a statement.
The alliance agreement will run for an initial term of five years and will allow CPGROUP to use Caldwell’s brand and methodology in exchange for a small percentage of their Latin America revenue.
