ForeverGreen Worldwide Corp. (FG) announced Thursday it was granted sanitary registration for PowerStrips as a medical device risk 1 by the National Institute of Food and Drug Monitoring in Colombia.
The registration represents a significant advance for the company in Colombia.
FG also announced its company's MLM license application has been approved in Thailand, and it was granted an Import License for Cosmetics, FDA approval for the Beauty Mask and registration of PowerStrips as Class 1 medical device.
The announcements coincides with the proximity of FG Taiwan's opening. During a prelaunch event in Taipei, FG President Brenda Huong discussed the future of FG Taiwan for members and prospective associates, while FG Asia President Bob Mower Steed highlighted the growth of opportunities in the region.
"The market is growing quickly under the leadership of Taiwan General Manager Steven Wu," Steed said. "The office is fully staffed with professional, well-trained employees and product is on the ground and shipping quickly and efficiently. The market is poised for significant growth and we are encouraged by the number and quality of professional networks who are partnering with us. The remainder of 2015 should see strong growth continuing into 2016."
