Tecnosys, the strategic partner of Thinspace Technology, Inc. in Peru, recently signed new contracts with two government agencies in the country.

The National Water Administration (ANA) and Sedapal, which supplies water for Lima City, both agreed to deals with Tecnosys. With several thousand government employees, the agencies will use Thinspace solutions to deploy, manage and administer thousands of virtual desktops and applications throughout the government infrastructure.

“With a strong virtualization partner like Tecnosys, we are able to go-to-market and win large contracts such as the government of Peru,” Thinspace CEO Chris Bautista said. “Tecnosys and Thinspace continue to work together very well, successfully delivering desktop and application virtualization to new and existing customers throughout the region.”

Tecnosys has contracts with more than 150 organizations that use Thinspace solutions, ranging from five users to more than 2,000 users.

“In the last five years as Tecnosys has focused virtualization solutions on government accounts, our customers find that Thinspace solutions add value to their daily operations and find it is more cost-effective than other solutions in the market…,” Tecnosys General Manager Antonio Macchiavello said.
