Luis Cabezas-Klaere, superintendent of the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance, attended the graduation ceremony for 471 new technical-operational police officers from the 2026 class “CBOP. Víctor Alfonso Oñate Guevara” in Guayaquil on March 19.
The event was also attended by Minister of the Interior John Reimberg and National Police Commander General Pablo Dávila, along with other civil and police authorities and family members of the graduates.
This graduating class is named in honor of “CBOP. Víctor Alfonso Oñate Guevara,” a police officer who died in the line of duty. During the ceremony, graduates took an oath highlighting their training, discipline, and commitment to public security across the country.
The participation of the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance at this event is part of efforts to strengthen inter-institutional relations and support official activities within the public sector. The agency said this reaffirms its commitment to coordinated work among state institutions for the benefit of citizens.
The collaboration between different government bodies at such ceremonies underscores ongoing efforts to promote unity and cooperation in serving public interests.
