ZRG Partners, a leader in talent management and executive search, recently expanded further into Brazil by adding Aline Lex to its financial services team.

Lex will be joining the Sao Paulo office as head of financial services and private equity.

“I am excited to start a new challenge within ZRG Partners and be part of this great team,” Lex said. “I am confident ZRG will play a key role in providing executive search and talent solutions in Brazil.”

Lex has been the country manager at Veremonte Brazil, an international private equity fund. She has also served as the chairwoman and member of the board of privately-held portfolio companies. For more than 15 years, she has gained experience in the financial sector by working with Deutsche Bank, Citibank, Santander and BBVA.

“I am thrilled to have Aline onboard,”

ZRG Brazil CEO Denys Monteiro said. “No one in the executive search sector in Brazil matches her previous background in the financial services and PE segments. As a trusted adviser for her clients, she has been providing outstanding services recruiting bankers, CFOs, CEOs and investment professionals.”
