The Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (CAC) announced that the latest wage agreement for commerce employees has been officially approved. The agreement was reached between CAC, the Argentine Confederation of Medium-Sized Enterprises (CAME), the Union of Argentine Commercial Entities (UDECA), and the Argentine Federation of Commerce and Service Employees (FAECyS).

Under this new arrangement, employees will receive a fixed non-remunerative sum of 60,000 pesos as a salary adjustment. This amount will be paid in four installments.

Additionally, the parties agreed to extend until March 2026 an existing fixed non-remunerative payment of 40,000 pesos. This payment was initially established on June 26, 2025, and will continue under the same terms.

The agreement was validated by the National Directorate of Labor Regulations under the Ministry of Human Capital through Provision 2791/25. It specifies that the 60,000-peso sum will be paid in December, January, February, and March. Each monthly installment is extinguished upon payment except for the final March 2026 installment; this last amount will be incorporated into base salaries at its nominal value starting April 2026.
