The Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros (SCVS) has issued a reminder to legal representatives of companies about the importance of keeping their company information up to date. The agency notes that changes in address, phone number, email, shareholders, and other relevant details should be updated promptly for proper administrative management and compliance with obligations.

To update company information, representatives are instructed to log in at supercias.gob.ec using their credentials. They should then access the “Su Compañía Online” section, select their company, and click on “Actualizar información general.”

According to SCVS, “Having correct information allows you to receive official communications, avoid issues with procedures, and keep the company properly organized.”
