The Sociedad Rural Argentina (SRA) has partnered with ANSES to bring government services closer to rural workers in remote areas of the country. The collaboration aims to provide direct and personalized assistance through special mobile office operations, targeting communities that lack nearby permanent ANSES branches.
As part of this effort, the SRA and rural societies within the Federal Council identify towns that are far from fixed ANSES offices. Together with ANSES, they assess the feasibility of deploying mobile offices to these locations. The rural societies contribute local support such as infrastructure, electricity, connectivity, and help spread information about when the mobile units will be available. Meanwhile, ANSES provides staff, vehicles, and necessary equipment for handling inquiries from residents and rural workers.
So far, these operations have taken place in four cities: Tintina in Santiago del Estero province; and Vicuña Mackenna, Adelia María, and Villa de María del Río Seco in Córdoba province. According to SRA officials, approximately 400 people have received direct advice from ANSES representatives during these visits.
“The SRA will continue working with rural societies within the Federal Council to identify new towns and thus further develop the program for the benefit of various rural communities across the country,” said a spokesperson for SRA.
The initiative reflects ongoing efforts by both organizations to improve access to public services for Argentina’s agricultural sector.
