The Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI) has announced a scheduled technological maintenance that will affect several of its online services. The maintenance is set to begin at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6, and will continue until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 8.
According to the announcement, there will be a period of unavailability for key services from 10:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6 until 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 7. During this time, electronic receipts, the personal expenses annex, VAT refunds for senior citizens, income tax refunds, the SRI invoicing system, and the SRI mobile application will not be accessible.
In addition to this window of complete unavailability, users may experience intermittent access to these same services on Sunday, February 8 between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
The SRI recommends that users plan their activities accordingly due to these service interruptions.
