The government of Ecuador has announced that the Sagrado Corazón de Jesús Hospital in Quevedo, part of the Ministry of Public Health’s hospital network, has recorded 498 births. The announcement highlights ongoing efforts to strengthen the national health system and ensure hospitals have necessary resources to provide comprehensive care.
According to officials, the hospital offers a specialized neonatal area equipped with modern technology and advanced cribs for immediate evaluation and care of newborns. The medical and nursing staff are described as highly trained.
