Petrobras announced that it will pay the first installment of shareholder remuneration today, November 21, 2025. The payment is based on the company’s financial results as of June 30, 2025, and follows up on a material fact released on August 7, 2025.

The gross amount to be distributed is R$0.33596205 per common and preferred share in circulation. According to Petrobras, “the payment will be made by Banco Bradesco S.A., the institution responsible for keeping Petrobras’s book-entry shares. All shareholders with updated registration information will have their rights automatically credited to their bank accounts today. More information can be obtained at any Bradesco branch or by calling 0800-7011616.”

Shareholders who hold shares through B3 will receive payments via their respective brokerages. For holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), payments will begin on December 1, 2025, through JP Morgan Chase, which acts as the depositary bank for Petrobras ADRs. “Information and clarifications can be obtained through the website www.adr.com,” stated Petrobras.

The company also noted that dividends not claimed within three years from November 21, 2025, will expire and revert to Petrobras in accordance with Brazilian law (Law No. 6404/76).
