Adriana Ortiz, Minister of Culture, expressed her support for local creators and producers. She said: “Paraguay is a land of opportunity, with immense and dedicated talent. Our cultural icons carry Paraguay with pride.” Ortiz pointed out ongoing collaboration between public and private sectors to develop policies supporting industry growth. She announced that Asunción will host the Southern Cone Cultural Industries Market (MICSUR) in November 2026.
Vice Ministers Javier Viveros and Marco Riquelme delivered a presentation reaffirming Paraguay’s goal to become a regional hub for creativity and innovation in audiovisual services.
