In November 2025, the motorcycle market in Colombia saw significant growth, according to a report released by the Motorcycle Industry Chamber of ANDI and Fenalco. The organizations highlighted that 88,977 new motorcycles were registered during the month, marking a 25.13% increase compared to November 2024.

Despite this overall growth, the report noted a slight slowdown in the last quarter of the year. Between October and November, there was a decrease of 9.93%, which industry representatives attribute to seasonal factors and inventory restrictions typical at year-end. However, they emphasized that “the general market dynamic remains positive.”

From January to November 2025, the sector recorded an accumulated growth rate of 35.42%. This figure underscores the continued importance of motorcycles for daily transportation and connectivity across Colombia, especially in areas where motorcycles are considered an efficient and economical option.

The report also identified Cundinamarca, Antioquia, and Valle del Cauca as leading regions for motorcycle registrations in November. Within these regions, municipalities such as Sabaneta, Funza, and El Cerrito stood out due to their high usage rates of motorcycles for local mobility.

Looking ahead, industry projections suggest that more than one million seventy thousand motorcycles will be registered by the end of 2025. According to industry sources: “This result confirms the relevance of this vehicle as a pillar of mobility, productivity and access to opportunities for millions of citizens.” They added: “The performance continues consolidating the recovery of the sector and its strategic role in the economy.”

The data indicates that motorcycles remain an essential mode of transport for many Colombian households.
