The 2025 edition of the International Festival of Living Arts of Loja (FIAVLoja) concluded with high attendance and significant investment from the Ecuadorian government. The event, which ran from November 13 to 23, saw a total of 163,162 attendees across 313 scheduled activities. The festival was organized through collaboration between the Ministry of Education, Sport and Culture and the Municipality of Loja.

Over eleven days, Loja became a focal point for artistic creation and attracted participants and audiences both nationally and internationally.
This year’s festival coincided with the declaration of 2025 as the Ibero-American Year of Performing Arts across 22 countries. Chile participated as the guest of honor, joining representatives from another 17 countries and the European Union.
