Ecuador’s economy showed growth in 2025, with total sales reaching USD 265 billion, according to data based on electronic invoicing. This marks an increase of 8.2% compared to 2024. In December alone, projected sales were USD 33.122 billion.

Alexandra Navarrete, general director of the Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI), said this growth was due to government policies aimed at boosting production, strengthening consumption, and building confidence among productive sectors. She stated: “These indicators confirm that the economic decisions adopted by the government of President Daniel Noboa continue to strengthen economic activity and increase sales.”

The results for 2025 indicate that Ecuador is moving toward a more dynamic and stable economy with greater opportunities for growth.
