Adorni and Santilli meet with Salta governor to discuss budget and reforms

Manuel Adorni, Chief of Cabinet, and Diego Santilli, Minister of the Interior, met with Gustavo Sáenz, Governor of Salta, at Casa Rosada for a working meeting. The officials discussed their management priorities and examined shared challenges for the coming year.

The talks focused on preparing the 2026 budget and advancing key reforms in Argentina. These include efforts to modernize the labor market, update the tax system, and reform the Penal Code.

According to those present, “the meeting took place as part of the dialogue process that the National Government has started with provinces. The goal is to strengthen federal cooperation, address needs raised by each jurisdiction, and build consensus with Congress to promote structural changes that drive development and job creation.”

This meeting is part of ongoing discussions between national authorities and provincial governments aimed at promoting economic growth and employment across Argentina.
