Servicio de Rentas Internas schedules technology maintenance affecting several online services

A scheduled technology maintenance will take place from 10:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6 until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, according to an announcement by the Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI).

During this period, several SRI services will be temporarily unavailable. From Friday night at 10:00 p.m. until Saturday morning at 6:00 a.m., users will not have access to electronic vouchers, income tax batch refunds, the personal expenses annex, VAT refunds for seniors, income tax refunds, the SRI billing system, and the SRI mobile application.

Additionally, from Friday night at 10:00 p.m. through Sunday night at 10:00 p.m., historical information related to electronic invoicing will also be inaccessible.

The SRI advises users to plan their activities accordingly during these times as affected services will not be operational.
