Latamkey, a firm in Miami that specializes in helping tech companies jump-start expansion and business development in Latin America, announced its official launch today.

Jaime Valles and Osvaldo Bianchi, both information technology executives with past international leadership positions at Cisco and other industry giants, founded Latamkey.

“Latin American represents great opportunities. It’s a very attractive market, but as with any other complex geography it presents challenges,” Valles said. “Knowing these challenges first-hand and in great detail, we designed Latamkey to overcome the obstacles of expanding into the market while ensuring compliance and maximizing profitability.”

Latamkey helps tech companies start their sales, accelerate growth, develop their pipeline and generate demand in Latin America, while guaranteeing compliance and marginal impact on operational expenditures. Latamkey’s performance-based model provides full execution, senior talent and access needed to achieve sustainable market penetration.

“For years we’ve witnessed successful IT companies struggle to capture all the opportunity that Latin America has to offer,” Bianchi said. “Talent acquisition, Go-To-Market definition and partner development, among others, are some of the challenges that companies face and that we know exactly how to overcome. We have a success-based business model that aligns our compensation to customer results. This allows our clients to tap into the knowledge and experience of senior technology leaders, minimize operating expenses and reduce risks while maximizing the return on their investment.”
