LATAM Airlines Group S.A., a prominent airline group in South America, has announced that certain shareholders have initiated a public offering to sell 10,000,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs). The offering will be conducted using the prospectus in the Registration Statement and an accompanying prospectus supplement. These documents are accessible for free via EDGAR on the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov. Alternatively, copies can be requested from J.P. Morgan Securities LLC through Broadridge Financial Solutions or by email.

This announcement serves informational purposes only according to current laws and regulations and does not constitute an offer to sell or buy securities in any jurisdiction where such actions would be illegal before proper registration or qualification under local securities laws.
