Salvador Sanchez-Ceren, the president of El Salvador, will begin the conference. Mitsuhiro Furusawa, the Deputy Managing Director of the IMF, will head the IMF delegation alongside Werner, the supervisor of IMF activities and operations in the Western Hemisphere.
