GlobeOne said 7-Eleven Mexico recently signed a letter of intent to team up as corporate partners on financial services.

“This collaboration with GlobeOne allows us to offer our customers an innovative financial services solution that will benefit them greatly,” 7-Eleven Mexico CEO Fernando Castilla said. “GlobeOne and its SocialBoost program have the potential to provide 7-Eleven consumers with not only accessible means for their personal finances, but also the ability to improve their financial situation over time.” 

GlobeOne seeks to provide those who are underserved from a financial standpoint and millennials, as 34 percent of Mexico falls into the millennial category.

The large banking institution
offers a banking mobile app, as well as multiple types of banking accounts.
