Applications are now open for the latest edition of the Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering Program, offered by Embraer in collaboration with the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) in Brazil. The program aims to accelerate the careers of engineers from nearly 30 different fields. This initiative will provide an initial monthly scholarship of R$5,000 to 45 new master’s students based in Brazil.

“Developing people is a strategic investment and a hallmark of Embraer’s culture,” stated Andreza Alberto, Vice President of People, ESG, and Corporate Communications at Embraer. She noted that “by the end of the program, the hiring rate of these new talents is high, over 96%. To date, more than 1,600 graduates from the initiative have joined our team, helping us design the future of aviation.”

Over an 18-month period, selected candidates will engage in both in-person and partially remote classes at São José dos Campos (SP), Brazil. Classes will be conducted at Embraer’s headquarters and ITA by professionals from both institutions and external consultants. Graduates will earn a professional master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering recognized by Brazil’s Ministry of Education.

This edition targets professionals who graduated with an engineering degree between 2023 and 2025. Eligible fields include Aeronautical or Aerospace, Environmental, Automotive, Civil, Computer, Control and Automation among others. Applicants must have advanced English proficiency.

The application deadline is September 7, 2025. Classes commence in February 2026 with scholarships increasing by 20% in the second year. Students will also receive medical and dental insurance, life insurance, and meal allowances.
