The Cámara Argentina de Comercio y Servicios (CAC) announced on May 5 a new edition of its free, online, and asynchronous training courses. This initiative, now in its 82nd edition, is organized by the Department of Professional Development and aims to provide accessible opportunities for skill development in the commercial sector.

The program includes 24 different courses designed to address specific needs not only for those working in commerce but also for individuals seeking to improve their employability or develop new projects. The latest round of offerings is the first with the renewed DEP website and covers a wide range of current topics such as strategic data use, expansion into digital channels, efficient time and project management, and strengthening commercial and leadership skills.

Highlighted courses include Business Intelligence focused on data-driven decision-making; eCommerce strategies aimed at business growth through digital channels; Agile Project Management with practical tools for dynamic environments; Sales strategies tailored for both online and physical stores; and a basic logistics course designed to help organize key business operations efficiently.

A new feature this year is that trainings lasting five hours or more will offer a joint certificate from CAC and Universidad CAECE. This certificate details course duration, study period, and includes a QR code for authenticity verification.

According to CAC, the ongoing success of this program demonstrates sustained demand for flexible quality education that supports professionals in adapting to changing industry needs. Information about all available courses and registration can be found at dep.cac.com.ar.
