The Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (CAC) hosted a meeting on March 16 focused on the use of artificial intelligence in the real estate sector. The event, organized together with Miami Oportunidad, brought together industry leaders to discuss new technologies and their impact on business.

The topic is important as artificial intelligence continues to change how businesses operate, raising questions about employment and opportunities for growth in sectors like real estate.

Natalio Mario Grinman, president of CAC, opened the event by addressing both the potential and concerns surrounding artificial intelligence.

José Barletta, president of Miami Oportunidad, highlighted the value of such gatherings for business development.

During the event, University CAECE presented Barletta with his diploma as a graduate of the institution. Paulo Falcón, director of the university, noted that Barletta was one of its first students from CAC’s higher education programs.

Panels throughout the day examined topics including investment opportunities in countries like the United States and Brazil, challenges facing real estate professionals, communication strategies, logistics issues, foreign trade considerations, and legal aspects for those seeking to invest or relocate abroad.

A key announcement was made regarding the creation of the Real Estate Industry Table (Mesa de la Industria Inmobiliaria), which will be led by CAC to bring together public and private stakeholders in order to promote sector development.

Alejandro Bennazar explained that this new group will include representatives from both private companies and public institutions and is expected to serve as a collaborative working space.

At the close of the meeting, Juan Francheschini received Argentina’s Real Estate Entrepreneur Award.
