The Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (CAC) announced on March 12 the launch of a new edition of its training program with local instructors. The initiative, led by the Department of Professional Development, is part of the National Network for Professional Training and aims to strengthen training opportunities across the country.

The program has been running for more than 16 years and focuses on developing talent in the commerce and services sector through collaboration with business chambers and centers from different regions. Through this initiative, organizations can organize training activities for their communities with support from CAC.

A key feature of the program is its flexibility. Each participating entity can choose topics, instructors, and formats—whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid—based on the specific needs and demands of their region. This approach seeks to ensure that training is relevant and supports local business development.

Training sessions may cover a range of subjects related to business management and growth, including sales, leadership, digital marketing, customer service, artificial intelligence applied to business, organizational communication, and innovation.

With this initiative, CAC continues to promote professional development and federal coordination by making training accessible throughout Argentina. The goal is to help strengthen human capital within the commerce and services sector.
