The Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (CAC) held a webinar titled “Artificial Intelligence Solutions Applied to Sales” on April 7, drawing strong participation from small and medium-sized enterprises across the country. The event featured two practical sessions led by Gonzalo Torres, CEO of FOKO.

Vanina Stawera, head of the CAC’s Professional Development Department, opened the event and said it was important to provide companies with concrete tools to enhance their commercial management in an increasingly dynamic environment.

During the two sessions, participants learned about practical tools for integrating artificial intelligence into sales and customer service processes. The focus was on making adoption gradual and accessible for businesses.

Key topics included using AI as a strategic partner throughout the entire sales funnel—from lead generation to customer retention—to improve response times and interaction quality. The webinar also addressed how AI tools can automate responses, follow-ups, and operational tasks while allowing commercial teams to concentrate on higher-value activities such as closing deals or negotiations.

Other subjects covered were improved client acquisition and qualification through better audience segmentation, personalized messaging, and opportunity detection. Attendees also heard about optimizing content creation with AI assistance for clearer communication tailored to each client. A central point emphasized that adopting AI does not require large initial investments; companies can start with simple tools and scale up based on results.

The sessions concluded that adopting artificial intelligence in sales offers companies both a competitive advantage and a concrete opportunity to strengthen their market position.
